1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Only Match website and app. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
The website is currently a preview of the upcoming app. Coming soon labels are not download links, a pre-order, or a promise of a specific release date. Features, availability, and prices may change before launch.
2. Who can use Only Match
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Use the service only for lawful, personal purposes, and comply with any rules that apply to the messaging or dating platforms you use separately.
3. Coaching and AI suggestions
Only Match helps you organise dating context and generate conversation ideas. It does not introduce you to other users, send messages on your behalf, or guarantee a reply, date, relationship, or other outcome.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete. Suggestions are not verified facts about another person’s thoughts, feelings, intentions, or compatibility. Review and edit outputs before relying on them. You remain responsible for your communication and decisions.
The service provides general informational assistance, not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or emergency support. Respect consent and personal boundaries in every interaction.
4. Your content and conduct
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give us and the providers involved in delivering the service the limited permission needed to process that content for the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to share text, photos, and information about other people.
Do not use Only Match to harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, impersonate, exploit minors, facilitate abuse, or violate another person’s privacy or rights. Do not attempt to compromise the service, bypass access controls, or misuse the contact form.
Website images, example profiles, and demo conversations illustrate the product. They are not customer testimonials or claims about real users.
5. Paid features and subscriptions
When available, Premium may be offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The app may also offer a separate one-time purchase that unlocks a playbook and replies for one selected connection. A one-connection unlock is not a Premium subscription and does not unlock every connection.
The store purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, billing period, access, and any offer terms before confirmation. An auto-renewing subscription renews unless you cancel through the store before its applicable renewal deadline. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel it through the account settings of the store where you purchased it.
Payments, renewals, cancellation timing, and refund requests are subject to the relevant store’s terms and your mandatory consumer rights. Access generally continues for the remainder of the paid period after cancellation, subject to the store’s rules. Restore purchases using the app’s available restore controls. Purchase recovery may require verification and matching the purchase to its selected connection.
6. Our materials and your licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms. The Only Match name, interface, graphics, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. This licence does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Third-party services and app stores are governed by their own terms. Only Match does not claim affiliation with the messaging or dating platforms whose content you choose to import.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any paid access obligations. Internet connectivity, compatible hardware, and third-party services may be needed. Keep copies of information important to you; local storage can be lost if you remove the app, reset your device, or lose access to it.
We may restrict misuse of the service. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes or restrictions and honour applicable cancellation or refund rights.
8. Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI outputs, or a particular dating outcome. You are responsible for the messages you send and the relationships you pursue.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not require you to waive such rights.
9. Updates and contact
