1. Who we are

This policy describes the Only Match website and app. For questions about the service or your data, contact the Only Match team through our contact form.

Only Match is a personal dating coach. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit onlymatchcoach.space, contact us, or use the app when it becomes available. The website is currently a pre-launch site; store downloads are marked Coming soon.

2. Information in the app

The app stores your dating profile, preferences, connections, notes, imported conversation context, saved suggestions, and playbooks locally on your device. Profile and partner photos are also stored locally. Device backups may be handled separately by your operating system and backup settings.

When you request AI analysis, coaching, replies, or photo insights, the relevant conversation text, profile context, and/or prepared image copies are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Images are resized and metadata is reduced before transmission; original photo files are not uploaded as-is. The response may be saved locally as part of the feature you use.

Only share information and images you are entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive details and respect the privacy of people in your conversations.

3. Website visits and contact messages

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, and message so we can answer your request. Web3Forms processes the submission and forwards it to our support inbox. Its infrastructure may process technical information, such as your IP address, for delivery and spam prevention. The inbox provider also processes the delivered email.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not add advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, or marketing cookies to this website. Hosting or security services may process technical data under their own policies.

Sending a support message does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Do not put passwords, payment card details, private conversation screenshots, or other sensitive information in the form.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

When in-app purchases are available, the relevant app store processes payment. Only Match uses Apple StoreKit to request products, complete and restore purchases, and verify access to paid features. Transaction identifiers and access information are stored locally on your device. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Subscription status and access information are also stored on your device so the app can apply your entitlements. The website itself does not sell subscriptions or take payments.

5. Why information is used

• To provide the features you request, including AI-generated suggestions.
• To process and restore purchases and provide the associated access.
• To respond to support, feedback, and privacy requests.
• To deliver and secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service and answering enquiries, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required. You can withdraw consent for future optional processing.

6. Service providers and transfers

We use the providers described above only for the relevant service purposes. We do not sell your personal information or use your private conversations for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

7. Retention and deletion

Locally saved app information remains on your device until you remove it using the available app or system controls. Removing the app does not necessarily remove operating-system backups or records held by service providers.

We keep support correspondence for as long as necessary to answer and resolve your request, and for any longer period required for legal obligations or disputes. Purchase records and provider-side records are retained according to applicable requirements, provider terms, and account settings. Deleting local app data does not automatically delete information already processed by a provider.

8. Your choices and rights

You control what you import and when you request AI help. You can change device permissions through system settings and manage subscriptions through the store where you purchased them.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to complain to a data protection authority. Send a request through our contact form. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. We cannot directly access information held only on your device.

9. Adults only and security

Only Match is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us through our contact form.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect your device and avoid sharing information that is unnecessary for your request.

10. Changes to this notice
